The history of Novecento began in 1989, thanks to the great passion of two professionals with extensive experience in restaurant management, Italo and Sergio. Rigour, professionalism, and attention to quality are the values they have always passed on to all their collaborators.

Novecento was originally founded as a restaurant, but over the years a wood-fired pizzeria was also added, offering customers an increasingly varied dining experience.
